By accessing or using services, content, or materials provided by The Seraph Collective (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images, designs, graphics, and creative materials produced by The Seraph Collective remain the sole property of The Seraph Collective unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Usage rights are granted based on the scope of each project and are outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

Unless full commercial rights have been expressly purchased, all rights remain with The Seraph Collective. Clients may use provided imagery for personal or internal use only, unless commercial use has been negotiated and licensed accordingly.

2. Attribution & Credit

We kindly ask that all photos shared on social media or any digital platform tag and credit The Seraph Collective in the caption or appropriate field. For Instagram, please tag [@theseraphcollective] and/or include credit as:
Photography / Creative: The Seraph Collective

This helps ensure our work is accurately represented and respected within the creative community.

3. Prohibited Use

Clients may not alter, edit, sell, or distribute The Seraph Collective’s work to third parties without written permission. Unauthorized use of our images, designs, or materials for commercial gain or promotion is strictly prohibited unless previously licensed.

4. Payment Terms

All sessions and projects require a signed agreement and, unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable deposit to secure dates and begin work. Final payment terms are outlined in individual contracts. Work will not be released until payment is received in full.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be provided in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable at our discretion. If The Seraph Collective is unable to fulfill a scheduled booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

6. Image Delivery & Archiving

Final images are delivered via digital gallery within the agreed timeline outlined in your contract. While we retain archives for a limited period, we recommend clients download and safely store all final files upon delivery.

By working with The Seraph Collective or using any part of our services or content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
