Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for considering a session! To ensure a smooth, respectful, and beautiful experience for everyone involved, here are a few key policies to keep in mind when booking with us: ✨ Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the session and is due prior to final delivery of images. Payment can be made via credit card, debit, or bank transfer. 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens—we get it! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may forfeit the deposit unless due to emergency or weather-related issues (for outdoor shoots). 🌦️ Weather For outdoor sessions, we keep a close eye on the forecast. If inclement weather is expected, we’ll reach out to reschedule or discuss alternate indoor options. Aerial sessions may be subject to FAA regulations and weather restrictions for safety. 🖼️ Turnaround Time Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session (weddings may take up to 6 weeks). You’ll be able to download and share your images, and prints/products can be ordered directly through your gallery. 💻 Editing & Image Rights Final images are lightly retouched for color, light, and clarity in the artist’s signature style. Requests for additional editing (e.g. body modifications or object removal) may incur an additional fee. Clients receive personal use rights to their images. Commercial use must be discussed and licensed separately. We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 🤍 Respect & Experience Our sessions are designed to be easygoing and full of connection—we ask that all participants arrive on time and with a spirit of openness and collaboration. For family or lifestyle sessions, please allow kids to be themselves! The magic often happens in the unscripted moments. 📲 Sharing & Credits We absolutely love when you share your images! When posting online, we kindly ask that you tag or credit us @theseraphcollective and/or mentioning our studio by name. It helps others find us and supports our small business—thank you!
